We present a miniaturized transparent dopamine sensor based on nanosphere lithography. The sensor is integrated into a cell culturing well-like PDMS chamber system. Two important in vitro assays are possible through our system; immunostaining imaging and detection of dopamine. Our biocompatible, highly sensitive, and optically transparent system enables in situ incubation of cells and biological anlyses.
